WORKSHOP CHARLESTON

Workshop Charleston is an exploratory food court packed with plates of goodness. The space was created by Michael Shemtov, owner of Butcher & Bee, to "give start up restaurateurs and veteran chefs... a place to test out their business ideas," and explore new dishes.–City Paper. Kitchens rotate concepts every few months with new dining concepts and chefs. They opened with four concepts, of which I had the pleasure of designing three: Pink Bellies, JD Loves Cheese and Kite Noodle.
